These drip screens, seals, drip lips are ash screens as they are often called placed in trough between the Bottom Ash Hopper and the Boiler. They offer protection against fly ash build-up, along with heat and gas failure prevention. Our flexible metal woven screens are available in any 300 series Stainless Steels or 600 Inconel Alloys. Options include: Large loop at the top of the screen to accept a flat stainless steel bar (which easily attaches to your boiler frame in your ash pit) . Bars are available with pre-punched holes that are ready to be bolted into place. These flexible screens will be ready to hang as soon as they arrive at your plant! Nuts and Bolts accessories package also an option. Mesh styles shown above are the most commonly used openings, but keep in mind since we are a mesh manufacturer larger or smaller openings are available to custom fit your needs. Continuous rolls of wire mesh are also available for your maintenance team to customize in your power plant as you need it. |
